Vimeo sucks!

I’ve been complaining about this for a long time and I wanted to do a performance test finally, this was spurred on by Vimeo’s “Hey you wanna try the new Vimeo” banner that I saw tonight when I logged on. I REALLY hoped they had improved some of their LONG STANDING performance issues. But… NO! So I stand by my observations… VIMEO SUCKS.

Talking to Cops

This is a facinating lecture about why you should never talk to cops.  Worth watching.

The army has jumping robots.

Wow, how much do you think we spent on this jumping robot. Supposedly it has a 30 foot vertical leap and a camera that stabilizes itself so they can get views at the peak of its jump.
